CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wool garments benefit from fresh air, so airing them regularly is recommended. Remove small stains locally by gently dabbing with a cloth moistened with diluted wool detergent. Rinse the treated area with water afterward.

Garments made from Superwash-treated wool blends can be washed either by machine or by hand. Use a liquid detergent specifically designed for wool. Select a wool cycle (maximum 40 °C / 104 °F) with a gentle spin.

Alternatively, hand wash in lukewarm water, gently moving the garment, and rinse carefully. Remove excess water by rolling the garment flat inside a terry towel and gently pressing. Shape the garment to size and dry flat on a towel. Avoid heat and direct sunlight during drying. Do not tumble dry.

The orders are dispatched from Finland either as first-class letter mail or as parcels, depending on the size of the order. For logistic reasons, the order may be divided into several consignments, which may reach the customer at different times.

LANA MIA ONE 4 TWO, Red Stripes, 100 g

Gedifra Lana Mia yarn is specially designed for modern striped socks. The yarn contains 80% breathable merino wool and 20% polyamide for added durability. The result is a warm and soft knitting yarn that is easy and pleasant to work with. The merino wool is produced without the use of the mulesing method.

Lana Mia yarns are Superwash treated, so finished garments can be machine washed on a wool cycle – an excellent choice for everyday knits. Each skein weighs 100 grams and contains approximately 390 meters of yarn. Gedifra sock yarns are available in both solid and gradient-dyed options. With this yarn, you can knit a beautiful pair of socks in either variegated beige (French Oak) or lovely forest green (Fir Green). In both colorways, the cuff tops feature narrow red and pink stripes. One ONE 4 TWO skein allows you to knit two identical socks. Detailed instructions for aligning the stripes can be found on the inside of the label.
