Light and airy, Cotton Merino yarn is made from high-quality long-staple cotton and soft merino wool. The wool fibers are blown inside a mesh-like cotton tube, giving the yarn a lightly fluffy surface. This yarn combines the best qualities of merino and cotton: softness, breathability, and a pleasant feel. It is ideal for all seasons and a wide range of knitting projects. You can create lightweight sweaters and cardigans, scarves and hats, as well as the sweetest baby blankets.
On Katia’s website, you’ll find lovely patterns for adult knitwear using Cotton Merino. For a women’s size 38–40 (EU) | M (US) vest, you will need 7 balls, and for a long-sleeved sweater or cardigan, 11 balls. For a men’s size 52 (EU) | L (US) turtleneck sweater, you will need 15 balls.
The yarn is designed in Spain and manufactured in Italy.
