We deliver orders almost anywhere in the world. The average delivery time to Finland is 5–7 business days, to Scandinavia 6–8 business days, to the rest of Europe 7–14 business days, and to the rest of the world 7–30 business days. The orders are dispatched from Finland either as first-class letter mail or as parcels, depending on the size of the order. For logistic reasons, the order may be divided into several consignments, which may reach the customer at different times.

Please select your country of delivery from the menu and add the products you wish to order to the cart. You will see the delivery charges before confirming your order and paying for it.
Babilonia is a sophisticated effect yarn that combines soft cotton with subtly lustrous viscose. The yarn is knitted into a narrow tube which flattens into a ribbon-like structure. The combination of the matte cotton surface and shimmering viscose sections worked at regular intervals creates a modern and eye-catching look.
The yarn’s tubular structure and weight make it pleasant and quick to knit. Even simple stockinette stitch highlights its beautiful texture and lively surface, adding visual interest to any project. Finished garments are lightweight and airy. Cotton helps wick moisture away from the skin, provides breathability, and enhances overall wearing comfort.
Babilonia is ideal for knitting tops, blouses, and dresses. For the mustard-coloured sweater shown in the photos, children's sizes 4–6–8–10–12 years require 4–5–6–7–8 balls. For the lime green sweater, you will need 5–6–7–8–9 balls. For a women’s sweater in sizes M–L–XL–XXL, allow 8–9 balls, and for a long knitted dress, 12–15 balls.
Patterns for the garments shown in the photos are available on Katia’s website.
Designed in Spain and manufactured in Italy.
