CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Garments made from this linen and cotton blend yarn should be hand washed in lukewarm water (max 30 °C) using liquid detergent, or dry cleaned (P). Reshape the garment to its measurements and dry flat on a clean towel. Avoid heat and direct sunlight during drying. If necessary, lightly steam iron the garment. Do not spin dry. Do not tumble dry.

Organic cotton and soy fibre yarn

The refined Soft Lino yarn with a soft twist is made from beautifully lustrous linen fibre and exceptionally soft, long-staple pima cotton. As both linen and cotton are plant-based fibres, the yarn is completely vegan. Linen gives the yarn durability, excellent moisture absorbency, and breathability. It breathes, feels cool on the skin and is suitable for all seasons.

One ball weighs 50 grams and contains approximately 135 metres of yarn. The yarn’s natural colour palette inspires both knitting and crochet projects. Even a small quantity is enough to create beautiful garments for summer season, such as sleeveless summer tops, sweaters, and cardigans. The yarn is particularly well suited for textured and lace knitting patterns. You can find the knitting patterns for the garments shown in the pictures on the Laines Du Nord website.

The yarn originates from Italy and is manufactured in Avigliana, in the Piedmont region. The manufacturer holds the Ökotex certificate 23CX00111 CENTROCOT.
