Merino Sport is a smooth and pleasantly soft 100% wool yarn that feels comfortable even on sensitive skin. It has a wide range of stunning colors to choose from. The yarn’s beautiful, even surface gives a polished finish to your knitting. In addition to stockinette stitch, it is suitable for textured patterns as well as cable and lace knitting. The result is a lightweight, breathable, and durable garment that retains its shape in use.
Merino Sport is made from the finest mulesing-free extrafine merino wool. The firm cable twist makes the yarn exceptionally soft and durable, giving it a smooth and slightly lustrous finish. Thanks to the Superwash treatment, finished garments are easy to care for and can be machine washed at 30°C. This is your go-to yarn when you want softness, quality, and durability in your knitwear.
Merino Sport is a perfect merino yarn for sweaters, cardigans, and cable jumpers for both children and adults. We also recommend it for winter accessories such as woolly hats, hoods, mittens, scarves, and cowls.
